About Refresh

11 SEPTEMBER – 25 JULY

Refresh Amsterdam is a biennial initiative of Amsterdam Museum in which contemporary makers with an artistic practise give their perception on metropolitan themes. The first edition is organised in collaboration with De Appel, CBK Zuidoost, Compagnietheater, OSCAM, Rijksakademie, SEXYLAND en The Black Archives.

For the first edition of Refresh Amsterdam, a visual identity was developed with the patterns by United Painting (Marije Lytske Hester) in collaboration with design studio Multitude and photographer Kevin Osepa.
